Just started t-taping a week ago. So far so good, but I've got some questions.
1. Any advice on t-taping at night? How to avoid the pain associated with hard ons?
2. Vitamin E: should I use a lotion, open up a capsule and spread the juice on the skin, or take a capsule internally?
3. Rest - with t-taping, is there a recommended rest period (i.e. at night?).
Thanks.

1. I've been taping for 3 months now, and find it works really well.I use it at night as a rest from tugging in the day.
2.I had a little pain when hard for the first week or two but since i have no pain, and i do pull tension tight, about 16oz pressure.
3.How much skin do you have? if you are cut tight that could be the reason, i suggest just ease up on tension till you have some more growth.
4. Is the length of tape the correct length for the diameter of your penis, do you put the tape on very tight? Here's all you need to know about t-tape methods

I can't help on question 2, but for the others:
1. T-tape should be applied when you have an erection. This way its girth is that of your erect penis, so it won't constrict any when you get hard. If you increase in length so much that erections are painful, you may want to avoid using t-tape at night until you have enough skin to more comfortably accomodate an erection.
After a few months of tugging at night, I decided it was too uncomfortable. I switched to tugging during the day, and simply used the tape to keep covered at night without tension.
3. You need rest with any method. to allow the skin to heal and for growth to occur. Night is a good time to get it, though a more useful question would be how long you should tug during the day. I've heard all kinds of things - NORM recommends 4 to 8 hours, and some I've chatted with say up to 12. When I used t-tape I tugged maybe 9. I wish there were a definite answer, but I've never heard one. Probably depends on individual differences, in addition to how much tension you use, how much skin you're tugging, etc.

I leave the tape on at night but do not put tension on. Instead I simple keep the skin in place. This ends up giving me tension when i get a nocturnal erection, but it is not uncomfortable. While I cannot say that it helps increase growth, it doesn't hurt as far as I can tell, and I find it more convenient.

I sometimes T-tape overnight with around the waist elastic. Less tension (about 12oz) than during daytime. The "far" end of the elastic is secured around a thigh - about half-way up from the knee.
Day and night, I have found that application of a cocoa butter preparation to the skin which is not under the tape seems to speed skin expansion. The cocoa butter is very effective in removing the tape when required. I use MEFIX tape.

to start with just go to a pharmacy (or order online) some micropore or durapore as they are commonly available and fairly cheap, making t-tapes is actually quite easy, some people make it out to be difficult but it really is not.
to start out with and for availability I recommend 2" micropore. then just cut off a piece about 4" long, then fold in half lengthwise but leave the last 1/3 of an inch untaped, these form the top of the t, then just tape the top of the "t" on the equilibrium line, skin that can be pulled out the furthest when flaccid. the advantages of two tapes over one long one is that it is easier to apply, and very easy to retract for urination, plus it keeps the force on strong direction of the tape

There are a number of variations on t-tape, as well as methods like the pill bottle that also use tape.
You may need to experiemnt a bit with different tapes, not all tapes work as well for a given person and technique.

T-Taping,
I bypassed that by getting the new Tugger-X. I use the over the shoulder method when watching T.V. and sleeping. Very comfortable. I have had great results in 3 months. The new sensuality is better than I ever thought. Get instruictions from grubub's post, thread for a manual stretching method that he recommends. He saw quicker results.
