I saw this yesterday. There are two missing pieces, both of which are crucial to any sort of legal action: 1) a named defendant, and 2) a specific legal complaint.

Not sure what Gary is trying to do with this, but perhaps one of the lawyers at that website will take notice and work with one or more people who have posted on that page to actually form a case.

I think that's the point of the web site. It's a place to pool the agreived so someone with the greed/moxy to bring suit figures out what kind of class can be formed, and what action brought, and unites the litigants.

If I were to sue over my circumcision, I wouldn't view the money as compensation. It would be one instance where I would get over myself and donate it to restoration/anti-circumcision efforts. If I could save at least one poor child's foreskin, that would be compensation enough.

This is a class action suit, but if I were a circumcised person seeking to sue my doctor, I would not want money. The only thing I'd like to do is have his lisense revoked.

The money would be icing on the cake, if any, but I'd be content with just cake.

it's not really a suit, it's just a website where people can say a desire to start one

it's hard to say it was wrong in the past, information moved slowly, combined with statute of limitations, however I wonder if claiming foreskin restoration could change that as it's usually worded "one year after the full damage is discovered" anyways doctor's performing it now have way too much information available to ignore it or claim they didn't know. the next generation is gonna have some very good and profitable reasons to sue

Hey, it's been done before.

Look up William Stowell.

WHY he settled out of court, I don't know. I would have FINISHED the doctor that cut me.

but that also had the element of a painkiller during the decision to circumcise

The URL http://www.sueeasy.com/class_action_detail.php?case_id=258 still works. New agrieved parties are still being enrolled. Go state your case. If nothing legal ever results it will still serve an informational function.

In a case like this I think the attornies should work on a commission that way they will fight tooth, fang, and claw for the maximum amount of money. As for not wanting the cash, bullshit I want it and every one of us who was butchered should get a portion. Those sons-a-bitches should suffer 10X the suffering we have. I know who the doc was who cut me. If Ron made a TLC-X big enough I would put the fucker over the butcher's head and attatch the retainer cone.
