View Full Version : tugging wrong skin

Hi, so I have a DTR and I'm getting good FEC improvements but absolutely no flaccid coverage improvement.
I think this is because:
when measuring FEC I do pull scrotal skin up, my theory is that I get better results over time because I grow scrotal skin.
this might explain why I'm not getting better flaccid coverage results, because I'm not growing any new shaft skin but instead grow scrotal skin.
If I am correct(and if not please correct me!) then
How can I grow shaft skin instead of scrotal skin? :(
when applying the DTR I simply pull whatever I have back, touch my glans with the pusher plate, roll whatever I have up until it touches the rod, I also grab the end of my foreskin and pull it up so it will, and then with my fingers close it up.

I notice the opposite problem! I get flaccid coverage... but that's because the scrotal skin migrates on the ventral aspect. There has been skin growth or I wouldn't have any dorsal coverage...one thing I have tried is using something to "bind' the scrotal skin so it cannot migrate, and when I do this...I'm pulling directly upon the ventral raphe. this is skin I want to stretch..but the raphe makes it a slow process.
What I tried doing recently is tugging around my waist. I haven't built this device yet (no time) but what I'm envisioning is this.. a terry cloth head band attached to my around the waist strap. The headband goes around my penis at the base and anchors the tugging strap..then I pass the elastic around my waist and tugg in the opposite direction. I tried this with just elastic ---ouch! Talk about pinchy!!! The headband would be softer and it's what came to mind when I was problem solving.
When I build it, I'll post pictures.
Another thing, but you'd have to be super careful with tensions would be to bind your scrotum and tug up over your shoulder. I find when I hold my testicles while tugging over the shoulder, the tension on the ventral shaft skin increases drasticly....this type of tug would focus on the ventral aspect primarily.
What I reccomend is to experiment! I'm always trying new things...the more skin I grow, the less my old techniques work so I always find myself at a new frontier! And I don't want to lose a minute!

I say stick to your guns as your first experiment.
I didn't set a time frame, but I had an average cut and the first time I saw any flaccid coverage that would stay for a few seconds was after 9 months of tugging.
At 22 months I sat through a whole naked doctor exam and stayed covered, but my skin never would have stayed put if the room wasn't freezing.

Anon, this is an older post but I thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. I just started using a cock ring at the base of my penis before I apply my CAT Q device. I did this to prevent the scrotal skin from getting tensioned. I noticed that I was only getting growth on the top of my penis and absolutely nothing on the bottom. I've used it for only 2 days now so I can't see any growth - but I can visually see that the tension is now in the exact right spot for me to start getting growth along the bottom. I recommend you give this a try- I'd be interested to hear if it works for you as well.
