Hey!

Ever since I can remember I have had problems ejaculating during sex. Basically the only way it works, is when I use my own hand (which also takes some time). This is very depressing, because I basically never had a sexual life (and Im 20) :(

I was circumcised as a child, so I dont know if it would have been a difference if I would be intact, but could it be that this problem is a result of my circumcision?

Does anyone have/had the same problem? Could it maybe get better through foreskin restoration?

I already was at an urologist before a couple of years, but I had the feeling that he did'nt really take me to seriously (maybe because i was only 16 at that point and he thought i was just nervous during sex or something, but i dont think that could be the problem since i also need to stimulate for ever when i am alone. And also I live in Germany, where most men are intact). I probably should go to a different one again, but it is kinda hard for me to talk with others about this problem :(

im already excited about answers :)

think of it this way. did nature intend for you to not enjoy sex? of course not. the man with the knife however...

good news is that restoration will give you body orgasms.

welcome.

you're in the same boat as me. Anorgasmia {mod: also sometimes called retarded ejaculation} has been ruining my life since i turned 17, and had sex the first time. im 26 now, and its cost me several relationships, including my last one. i pretty much only get off with my own hand, though after i started restoring, i could rarely get off with her on top, if i did all the work, pushing up against her, while holding onto her. it took a lot of concentration, and you could imagine the frustration every time it didnt work since the first of few times it did work..

i told her everything i had learned in my realizations, but she seemed to blow it all off and say "i think you're just thinking too hard". how come people have such a hard time understanding the concept of Alter form=Alter function. its not that difficult to grasp, that when you amputate part of someone, that someone isn't going to have the same abilities they would have otherwise.

my condolences for all of your future idiot encounters in regards to dealing with your new realization. im not going to tell you it gets easier, but you can learn to become more self reliant in your search for what will make you better. you won't get much help from establishment. good luck.

I'll bet that the urologist didn't understand the difference between a circumcised penis and an intact one. The inside of the foreskin and the glans are normally quite sensitive, and contribute toward the stimulation needed for orgasm. A circumcised penis often requires more friction over the glans (at the corona, especially) and the inner foreskin (or what's left of it) to get that necessary stimulation.

Foreskin restoration will make a huge difference. For now, try using a lubricant to see if it makes achieving ejaculation easier.

I have the same problem. The girls love it because they always cum before me. If you want to know what it would be like with a foreskin just get a penis cover and wear it all the time for a month or 2, but just a warning, you might be like me and never want to go back to the way it was. When I started restoring all I wanted was to look natural. The sensitivity increase was a totally unexpected bonus. Now I can't stop because of it. It's like I finally can experience normal sexual stimulation. I am restoring with a DTR. It has been about 6 weeks and I wear it while I am awake. After a few weeks I had a big increase in sensitivity. I masturbated and I was amazed at how little rubbing was required to cum. I have had to fake cumming before because I require so much stimulation to cum. Now it is so much easier. I am very excited about getting sucked for the first time now that I am so sensitive. I am hoping it will happen next week when I hook up with a guy I know. I notice the increase in sensitivity when I shower. I have to keep the water from hitting my head now and I never even noticed it before. Not sure if others have the increased sensitivity that I have, but I love it. I am bi if it wasn't obvious.

Having to concentrate strongly to try an achieve an orgasm really ruins the pleasure. I wish I could just relax and enjoy the ride.

There's no question about it: circumcision removes 50% of and the most sensitive parts of the penis, and causes sexual dysfunction, which gets worse with age.

The good news is that restoring is extremely helpful in regaining sexual responsiveness and close to normal sexual function. I have read that if sex intact is a 10, circumcised is a 3, and sex after restoration is a 7.

You will find sex improved after just a few weeks wearing the cone, then it just gets better from there until, after a couple of years, there is huge improvement!

last summer I had an oral sex with my girl friend (that was the first time in my life)

she spent a very long time sucking until she said that she is very tired and she became very nervous so I finished that with my hand, that time I didn't know that the reason is the circumcision I just thought (the sex that I thought it is great: it is not really that great )
I really hop that restoration will help me, but restoration is not really easy
I'm restoring but no good result yet

I have the same problem. With each passing year, it is more difficult for me to cum during sex. When I was 18, I had no problems whatsoever. At 25, I had some problems. I am in my 30's now, and I have major problems. I have been restoring for almost 6 months, and it has not helped yet. But I am trying to remain hopeful.

U.S. "doctor" can give you advice on how U.S. "doctor" can make more money. Here in teh evil soshalist Europe, doctors make a fixed amount of money, and have zero financial incentive to sell you bullshit you don't need.

God, I feel so unfree right now. I wish I lived in a free nation, with for-profit "health" "care", with bleeping on TV, where girls cannot show their breasts on public beaches, where there are no public beaches.[/SARCASM]

This may not be the cause of a young man not being able to reach orgasm, but as men get older and their testosterone level decreases it makes it harder to reach orgasm.

are you trolling to dismiss factual data on decreasing sexual ability from mutilation? or are you actually pointing out the fact that there are other causes to consider? im 26, and ive dealt with anorgasmia my whole life...from 17 onward, that is.

If this comment is directed toward me I am just saying that there are other things besides lack of foreskin that can cause loss of sensitivity and difficulty reaching orgasm that perhaps should be considered. In my own experience low testosterone caused loss of sensitivity in my penis and difficulty reaching orgasm. Correcting my testosterone problem resolved these issues. As I said at the first of my post, this may not be the cause of such symptoms in young men though. However in a hypogonadism forum I participate in there are a lot of young men who report having sexual problems brought on by low testosterone.

I do not doubt the fact that circumcision reduces sexual ability but if a man's reduced ability is caused by low testosterone then all the foreskin in the world probably won't help.

MB560, you are right. Low T levels can be the cause of many male sexual, emotional and physical maladies. I would advise younger guys to get their T levels checked so they have a base line to measure against as they get older.

We all have discovered that circumcision desensitizes the glans. It makes us work harder for that orgasm which really is a bummer. But as other guys on here have said restoring brings back a lot of the sensation, improving our sex lives!! So I think I'll stop writing and start tugging :D

I have been using a testosterone supplement of 8+ yrs and it helps especially when the level gets where it should be, in my experience that is a loager dose than what drs. what to presscribe.

The point with testosterone is that you want to be in the upper end of the range. The problem is that most doctors it seems think you are fine as long as you are "in the range".

That is true, as long as you are within what the medical community considers as normal they will not treat you. You need to dr. shop to find one who will write the presrciption and give you the latitude to play with in some. T can also be dangerous.

I Dr. shopped for several years before I found someone who would treat me. He basically told me he will let me do what I want so long is it is not dangerous or unethical. I am currently using HCG to bring my testosterone level up rather than testosterone. I inject 300IU every day.

I use 13mg Androderm patches daily. What a difference, and with some senitivity returning all is well.

By the way, you didn't have any falls directly on your lower back, or butt that you can remember?

Have a doc check you for loss of sensitivity in your lower extremities, next time your in. Could be an old nerve injury. Just my 2 cents.

Doctor can give better advice for getting an orgasm.

No they cannot! Most doctors, urologists included, are very uncomfortable with that subject. Would you trust someone who sold your parents on the benefit of circumcision? They will laugh it off and won't take it seriously. At best they'll look serious, tell there is nothing that can be done, and tell you just be thankful you can get an erection. Then they'll cap it all off by charging a fortune!

An understanding open minded doc? How rare. All I ever hear is not to do anything. Gee, I wish they would have thought of that before they took a knife to my penis. You should read my post about my trip to the urologist last Thursday.

Yohimbe is said to be a powerful herb helping to enhance male capabilities. It promises to enhance erections, extreme orgasm, and increase the penile sensitivity.

I tried yohimbe and after two months and a fair amount of $$ the only thing I had as a lighter bank account. It may or may not work but be very careful if you have hypertension; yohimbe will send it through the roof.

If you don't mind supplements, like yohimbe, there is also L-Arginine that helps after a couple of weeks. I would also recommend zinc. That is the primary component of ejaculate.

Honestly though, I would recommend seeing an endocrinologist, preferably one who practices holistic medicine, and have them check for hormonal imbalance and correct it if there is a problem.

I am a huge fan of alternative and holistic medicine because it works, it works well, and if used correctly if very effective. Some supplements are better than others with a clear, proven track record, others aren't. Be careful of claims promising unbelievable and unrealistic results.

if i ever get my hands on the doctor that butchered my person i will personally and literally flay him alive with a razorwhip all the way to the bone.

way i see it as a victim, this matter has made each of us aware of our own personel inner darkness. that side of ourself that has the more violent uges we find ourself exploring in our darkest dreams and repress in our day to day lives.

that side of each of our persons that is much more intimately familier with the killer instincts minus the killers nature. its like a guy having the good angels heart and mind to a degree but with that person also having the devils hands as well

how a person comes to terms with their inner darkness and chooses to use it will deterimine what kind of quality of life that person can make for thier self in the long run and what kind of person he wil lbe in life.

its a lot liek how you choose to use a gun really. to serve and to protect in living your life for others protecting and keeping safe the ones you love in life. or instead allowing it to use and to consume you as your personel inner darkness anger at and rage and wrath eats you up alive and destroys you little by little spreading death and suffering to both yoursef and to others in life

its a matter each of us must learn to live with for ourself in our own way and a chocie we must each choose to make for ourself one way or the other

cause once you open that doorway and stepp through theres no going back once you start down the path of darkness asa killer

gain control of the darkness within and find the light in your life and live your life foryourself and others as well asa guardian of life

live your life in the light while finding a way to live with the darkness in reasonable balance over time
