Does anyone have an opinion about radial stretching vs. linear stretching for restoration? Is one better than the other (for example outer skin vs. inner foreskin), negligible, or would it give you a wider foreskin? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have always avoided radial stretching...I want a long, snug foreskin with overhang..not a big floppy skin tube that hangs over the end of my penis like a pantleg.
Some people use methods that do put radial tension on the skin...but I think that is a personal choice....for me it's coverage I am focused upon so I go for linear tension...

I agree. It is a linear growth with as tight an opening as possible that I want.
The ballooning technique I see will do the opposite, in my opinion.
The manual tugging that I have used for 2 years (not as long each session as I see some guys do) has produced results and I am now able to keep the foreskin over the glans so a few minutes afterwards while flaccid. There is now some skin to get hold of and I may need to move on. Bear in mind that my circ; scar is directly under the coronal ridge, so virtually no inner skin there.

I use a 2 to 1 ratio. I do 4 hours of linear and 2 hours of radial.
I have both the DTR and the retainer (used as Air Device).
I am more concerned with getting the right inner and outer skin amounts at this time.

I agree, radial can grow our skin in a way we might not want. Still, I think there is a place for it as part of our overall tugging methods. I use radial about once per week or so. I use TLC-X with both pusher and strap most days, and then use my DTR converted to weighted tugger once per week (sundays when I do house chores).
