I hope I'm making sense. I have seen a lot of restored men suggest that circumcised men could get a sense of some of the sensations they would get back by ordering some sort of faux-skin product that they would wear for a couple of days, and then enough skin would have sloughed off that the sensations would be amazing and convince them to restore.
It's certainly possible, but I'd stress that the glans penis even on an intact man is not the extraordinary aspect of the penis but more like the wet, slippery support structure for what is, which is the foreskin. Generally, it's impossible to get circumcised men to understand the sensations of the foreskin. Likewise, circumcised seem to think the "male clitoris" is the glans, which is patently wrong.
"An intact man has an intact frenulum, or extremely dense bundle of nerves where the foreskin attaches to the penis. He is sometimes able to have a climax only by touching this wet, engorged nob on his dick. It's analogous to the female clitoris. In circumcision, the male clitoris is amputated."

In my private opinion, the American woman should have two men --- a circumcised workhorse for money-earning and general utility and an intact lover for all the rest.
