trying to get routine going, so far im just sitting and tugging whenever i can. is constant tugging for minutes at a time better, or should i tug for a minute, rest and keep going like that? i dont want to over due it but i also dont want to under due it :)

If I recall correctly, Tully did/does it 10-15second a tug, for 30-60min a day.
I do it 15second each tug, for one long 30min session, it's more manageable.

i am tugging for 1-5 minutes at a time, for 45 minutes a day.
and it feels like it is starting to stretch:D

Wake up, tug for 5-15 minutes to get the skin started for the day.

After every bathroom break, tug for 1-3 minutes, loosening up the skin.

After work/school taking another 5-15 to do some more tugging.

While showering, executing another 5-15 minutes.

Before going to bed, watching at least 2 episodes of a Tv show, series, youtube series, anime, or even a movie while tugging, giving me an easy hour or more.

believe it or not, but getting into a routine like this is so fulfilling and makes me feel engaged.

That's my routine!
