I am about 2 1/2 years into actively restoring primarily with the TLC-X with strap or weights.

I recently bought the TLC Air which was great but only holds the one 5/8th ounce weight. So I bought the longer rod (for only $10) and now use it as my go-to configuration with the 5 ounce weight and an 8 ounce weight. This gives plenty of tension. I use more weight for about one hour in the mornings. I could add an "O" ring and attach a strap also.

It's super comfortable (actually feels pleasant) and I can wear it for four hours without any discomfort. I wear it with the jock strap made for restoring whose name I have forgotten due to my advancing age.

I am getting great results! The air pushes in on the glans. My foreskin has been accumulating behind the corona or hump. But with the TLC Air I have a small amount of rollover when flaccid all the time now. When sitting down it takes a little while to unfold. So I think that soon I will have some permanent flaccid coverage of the glans.

I highly recommend the inflation method! To air is human, to inflate foreskin is divine. Great job Ron!

The only improvement I could recommend would be a valve. Ideally, the tube could be removed after inflation. But it's great as is.

The Israelis say "never forgive and never forget". Small stuff, sure. Big stuff, never forget.

Just to add, the strap I have fits onto the long thumbscrew. So I don't need an "O" ring to add a strap. I like the TLC Air plus strap option. Then if the air escapes after awhile, there is still tension.

Also I believe the name of the the jock strap is Tug N Wear.
