(Cross Taping = X Taping)

I've been wondering about Cross Taping. I'm a beginner and I don't have access to any fancy restoring devices so C-taping is the most practical for me. On the chart about effectiveness of restoring devices C-taping is Low for inner and outer skin restoration. This DOES mean it actually restores, right?

I've heard that it's only good for retaining and that's not what I want, I'd like to regrow my foreskin.

The consensus is that it will get you started, but not take you very far. The problem is that cross tapes alone will not provide enough tension except at the beginning, assuming you are pretty tightly cut.

Remember, to restore means you need to grow more skin. The tension creates conditions that induce cell division. The cells divide, adding new cells. These new cells are the growing foreskin.

So go ahead, start with cross taping. Then you can move on to whichever method you like. It does not have to be expensive, but you do need to keep at it. Manual costs nothing, for instance, and there are many variations of taping.

I am a firm believer in manual tugging. After all, my penis is always within arms reach.

I use method 2 about 1 to 2 hours a day - when I wake up in the morning, when I shower, every time I go to the bathroom, and whenever I have nothing better to do with my hands. :-)

The cannister method doesn't cost very much (35mm film cannister and a suspender elastic) available from tlctugger.com, and it works very good.
