One very interesting thing in that article is with it saying "In an article in the October 2007 issue of the INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF STD AND AIDS, the authors state that an exhaustive review of studies linking HIV to sexual behavior among African adults accounts for only about a third of HIV infections. The rest, they argue, is likely transmitted through unsafe medical procedures, including infections, tranfusions, and other contact with infected blood." That is a big contradiction with the WHO stating that HIV is primarily transmitted by heterosexual sex in Africa, and with that Journal saying that all sexual behavior accounts for only about a third of adult HIV infections in Africa. With big contradictions like that, I think medical organizations around the world should be questioning the credibility of the WHO. At least outside of the U.S. many medical organizations state that there are conflicting evidences if circumcisions help protect against AIDS or not.
