A guy decides he wants to be a woman and eventually persuades a surgeon to do the operation. He is talking to his, now her, old mates and they want to know about the operation.
"Well" he says, "there were two very painful parts".
"I guess there were, his old mate says, "cutting off your dick and cutting off your balls".
