I voted intact but I can't really say for sure. Skins loose and and floppy, but so are alot of intact men. Could go either way. Regardless, this is how I want mine to look like when I'm done. I kind of like the loose, floppy look. It's the appearance I prefer overall, clothes and lifestyle. Just kind of free and messy. Haha. Don't know why everyone wants a tight, pointy foreskin tip. Loose and wrinkly and floppy looks so much more manly and well-used. That dick has some mileage.
