Concentrate your anger on making a change. However slow it may be. This is just part of creating a change. Do what you can, to change this. And thanks to technology, you can sit right there in your chair and still make a difference. Visit links posted in the press room. Comment on those articles. It doesn't mean you have to make an account and post in the thread saying that you did such. I usually dont do that, but have commented in many of the articles posted there. If even just one person reads a passionate comment that you've written and becomes aware of how grotesque circumcision really is, then that is still a victory. And over time, these individual victories will teach many confused minds to see the truths that we have come to understand. Truth and knowledge of matters we must tend.

This is all we can do. You know what to do.

Most guys get told to shut up when we vent... true, he could be doing more, but I think this is the proper place.

Let's be there for others who are just coming to terms/beginning their restoration.

Venting is a perfectly natural thing to do, and i am not going to be one of the people to tell someone to shut up. Simply sugest a direction to place that and use it as motive. We all were angry at some point, I was and now that has subsided. After gaining new sensitivity it gets easier to look at the positive changes you are making. If you build it you will cum!

Ironically, the reason I posted that mini rant was precisely BECAUSE of what you said.

Let me explain: two years ago in my more "activist phase" I was very outspoken about cutting. I brought it up to a lot people. Of course, i would wait until it came up naturally (usually during discussions about sex).

So the other day, I recontacted an old friend who has since gotten deep into Judaism. The moment we reconnected, he started in on my circumcision kick, trying to extract an almost "apology" for my views. He was relentless, obsessed.

So that was the spark behind the initial post. I actually WAS preaching to the non-converted (nice irony) when the very authoritarian notion I was decrying arose.

So, yeah, I wanted to vent, but it comes from activism not 'impotent rage.'
