Hi everyone, I just recently got into a routine of using the tlc-tugger daily. However I am having some trouble getting a good tension. I try adjusting the length and location of the pin but the tension always seems too high or too low. Does anyone have any sort of guide for getting the right amount of tension? What are the signs of the tension being too high or too low? If it makes a differance I am usually sitting when I wear the device down the knee. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have an idea --- It is creative ...

If you familiarize yourself with what the strap you use looks like when it is under 1 pound of tension you can match it when putting on --- "how stretched does it look".

Just an idea.

Or you can look at your penis. The skin shows when it is under tension.

There are fancy ways of measuring tension & marking the strap with string, etc, but really you should be able to just tell how much is right. The skin should be pulled tight and the strap stretched, but not so much tension that you feel any pain.

And its basically as simple as this, for me.

Here is a link to my post, concerning the strap I use and how I use it.

It couldn't get much easier. Too much tension=pain. Not enough tension=skin not pulled taut.

I would suggest you adjust it standing even though the primary posture will be sitting. Also, note that the tension depicted the main TLC Tugger demo video is EXCESSIVE. That video is meant to show only the application. not the proper adjustment.

If you mark two dots on the single-thick part of the strap, you can measure the distance between them while tugging. Then take the strap off and find out how much weight it takes to create the same stretch. Keep it under a pound. You should be able to go 4 straight hours in comfort routinely. Take a pee break and put it back on for the next 4 hours. If worn in bed, your setup must be less aggressive to last 8 comfortable hours.
