A good baby bottle nipple retaining cone

My apologies if this has already been covered elsewhere ( I know the nipple-retainer idea isn't new) , but I thought some of the folks using o-rings or whatever else might like to know about this.

I experimented with several bottle nipple types, figuring out what size to use and finally nailed it. The nipple brand pictured is a silicone Gerber, size Medium. Guys with a larger glans may need to find a larger nipple. I'll post a picture of the retail package next time I go to the store so people can be sure of what style to look for.

The small, inward-facing indentation at the bottom allows it to grip and hold on like nobody's business, far better than any o-ring has for me - It has yet to fall off during normal wear (not to say that it won't ever, but it's rare).

I always noticed o-ring retainers were prone to slippage and slightly restricted circulation. There is no constriction with this retainer, and the skin is held against the glans in a more natural way. It can also be used for nighttime retaining, since the hole at the tip is too small for it to slip back past the glans. There's no bulk, taking it off is virtually instant, and putting it on takes ~3 sec. I can pee through it, but that gets messy. They're about $4 for a two-pack. Like I said, I'll post a pic of the retail package soon. Hopefully this helps.

I have just today e-mailed Chuck the creator of the DTR and corresponded with him via e-mail about buying some of the DTR grippers with the flanges cut off but leaving the nipples intact.

He responded and I ordered some.

I am looking at night time coverage and am afraid of a strong erection punching the glans through the hole in my normal DTR Gripper. So I see this as a possible nighttime coverage solution for a retainer.

I have had no luck using my myskin cone for this purpose sorry Ron, not throwing shit but for me it is a no go I have sizes 8 through 18 and I just fluctuate too much in size to keep it on even with briefs same goes for the DTR gripper but it stays on me better out of the two. I am considering the Miracle adhesive being discussed on these forums as an aid to normal retainers. Hah normal, now that is funny nothing about what we are doing is normal, lousy money grubbing baby mutilating system in America, but I digress. Anyway I hope this info is of use if anyone fluctuates as much as I do in size, retainers may be a difficult thing for you to get working right especially at night.

Ron Really please do not get made at me I respect you way too much to ever impugn your efforts or wonderful products. You are the one who opened my eyes to the possibility of restoring. I will be forever grateful to you for this and your products. I am just presenting my own case in the hopes of helping others and getting answers for myself for those who fluctuate as much as myself.

I may yet get an adhesive to use with the myskin cones but the seller on this website scares me as there is no guarantee it is safe other than what others have posted and that simply is too small of a control group for an accurate assessment. I wonder if there is a seller of a similar type of adhesive that has passed FDA safety for use. Cottage industry labs working with chemical adhesive and solvents just do not seem safe enough to take a chance with my Penis on.

Wow...It's been a while since I last posted. In case you're still wondering, TJG1 or Namaste, the inner diameter of my retaining cone is about 1.25 in. or 3.2 cm. This is slightly smaller than my flaccid glans width, and it tends to hold the skin securely (even when cycling, unless things start getting really sweaty) and slightly bunched over the glans. I've seen nipples that appear wider and narrower than this, as you mentioned. Guess I just got lucky and hit the sweet spot for me. To give you a comparison, I've posted a picture of the package it came in, in case you want to check it out in the store and judge the size of other nipples relative to your own glans.

Anyway, It'll be interesting to see how this compares to the your-skin cone, which I'll be getting soon with the tlc tugger (just didn't have the time & motivation to keep up with manual tugging)

Also, you'll want to be a little careful with wearing this at night because it can actually hold the skin a little too securely! This resulted in some temporary red (stretch?) marks from nocturnal erections pulling the skin taut that went away in a day or two. Just use the bare minimum of skin to keep things covered so you have enough slack to comfortably accommodate erections or modify the cone so the inner lip can expand if needed. Good luck!

The silicone nipple works great ... I've been using and seem to got a jump start in my progess as I'm able to easily and comfortably retain all day.
