Ron,
I have been thinking about this while waiting on the results of the FR study you and other members have been doing for over six months now.

I think it would be very helpful if a FR data base was set up using this site and forum members. I think something similar to the way Thunder’s Place members voluntarily enter PE data in that forum, but tailored to FR information would be very helpful. The data should be set up in a way that members can download the data and use it for various data studies, like looking for trend lines and collecting average gains per method over time, etc. The data collected may include methods (manual, TLC tugger, TLC X, DTR, taping, etc) , amount of time under tension per day/week/month, days on/off, amount of tension, exercise, diet supplements, etc.

It would be voluntary, but highly encouraged by all members. You might even make reading how to enter the data a part of getting a membership to the forum, but again it should ultimately be voluntary for the members. I also think it should be easy to find and assess on the site. I think over time this may significantly help develop and refine FR techniques that work best for most men, understanding everyone is different.

Recommended data fields may look something like this:
Date, Coverage Index, Forced Erect Coverage (% and millimeters data[mm length of glans] and [mm length of coverage] ), flaccid length, Flaccid girth, Bone Pressed erect length, Erect girth, length of shaft skin from pubic bone to circ scar, length of inner skin from Circ scar to corona, total length of shaft skin, Devices/methods used since last measurement entries, average amount of tension (in ounces), average hours of tension per day, days on and days off per week, are they doing penis enlargement, and an open data area for members who are entering the data to add their own short comments.

Not all the data fields would need to be filled out to collect meaningful infromation. For example, some men may not want to enter flaccid and erect dimensions, but may still be willing to enter CI and FEC information. Most of these data entries would need to be in a standard format to help make the data is useful to a larger audience. An example would be specifying metric or US systems of measurements. Common FR Methods would have a check mark to help with standard data entry with an “other” block for methods that are not common as well.

I have been tracking this type of information and more on myself since I started FR over two years ago. I input data into my own excel spreadsheet every three months. I was doing this to help me narrow down what was going to work best for me. I see many men already doing a form of this as posts in the progress galley.

I know this is not as scientific or as comprehensive as some would like a study or data collection to be, but I think in the long run it may help the members of this forum track their own progress and help the larger FR community by determining the most successful routines.

Please let me know what you think.
Thanks,
