Technically, I believe you could do it non-stop, but this isn't "safe" because it doesn't allow you to relieve the tension and check for any damaging effects, plus it seems that when you relieve the tension it gives the cells a "resting period" in which to undertake mitosis (ie, divide and grow) and create more tissue.

My personal, non-medical recommendation is no more than 6 hours straight, with frequent (every 15-30 min) checks to make sure you can still "feel" your stretched tissue by touching it with your fingers to make sure you are not cutting off blood supply, which causes the tissue to "go to sleep," become numb, and possibly die after a period of time. Same thing as if you sleep on an arm and cut off blood supply: your body will tend to move around in its sleep to relieve the pressure, or your brain triggers you to wake up (since it senses it is dying, in a manner).

Others on the forum will vary; listen to them foremost as I am still a beginner.

Are you asking how many hours a day you should keep your skin under tension for the most rapid or effective foreskin growth? If so, there is no simple answer. Something you have to experiement with. However, it may be less than you might think.

Manual restorers seem to use tension for the least amount of time, check the manual section and you will see what they do.

I apply tension for 3-6 hours a day, weekdays only. I used to do it for 12 hours or so. I am getting as good or better progress now than I was. I think the amount of tension is much more important than the teim under tension, and would not be suprised if I could get away with less than 3 hours.
