should it be any consolation, i believe both pleasure and function are muted even in uncircumcised males when in sexual erection there is not full "coverage" --- quoting coverage because it seems to imply the jewel is the glans when in my experience the glans merely allows the "foreskin" (quoted as well because it is much more than mere skin) to sparkle divinely. sensations experienced through the wet foreskin are indescribably out of this world --- as divine as anything could feel.
those restoring, i urge you to go all the way. when i am flaccid my skin is bunched in ridges like an accordion, very loose with a soft ant-eater end extending well over the end of the glans. erect, the wet glans peaks through, blossoming as does a flower. there is a manly smell, in a good way, that girls find irresistible (presumably pheromones) and that i enjoy myself. a circumcised man left unrestored is clearly well-neutered by comparison.
