Hi, Just started getting serious with the TLC, but theres one thing i notice that im curious about.

Im considered a CI-1, and so in order to pull the slack skin, the head gets pushed back a little bit. this means a lot of the skin that comes in contact with the TLC has hair on it (because the hair climbs up the shaft), is there anything I should worry about? and after completing CI-9, will I have the hair on the base of the shaft anymore?

Since the skin on the shaft of the penis is being expanded, eventually there will be enough that it no longer pulls skin up from the scrotum. You'll probably notice this around CI-2 or 3. Don't pay too much attention to everything above CI-5, as they are all photos of penises with intact foreskins.

No, it's nothing to worry about, and yes, you will continue to have hair at the base, but no new growth of hair farther out on the shaft.

The hair issue will sort itself out, do not worry. I have restored to between CI6 and CI7 but was certainly circumcised so CI5 is not the limit for circumcised guys. Incidentally, when I was young my uncircumcised friend was between CI9 and CI10 and so I realised I was different and so tried to avoid being seen undressed.
