View Full Version : Do uncut men hang fuller?

I was always curious why my circumcised friends in H.S. or at the gym or in any other situation where I have seen them naked, tend to hang a bit higher than the uncut men. Do you think circumcision causes a person to hang higher and not lower, because of how they are cut tighter?

Penis size is genetically determined, as far as I'm aware. It's certainly possible that a tight circumcision would restrict its flaccid length due to lack of skin, though I suppose its owner would only know this if he gained length after restoring for a bit. Consider that uncut penises might appear longer if they have overhanging skin past the glans.

Nope these were not the overhanging type...foreskins. I was thinking that a tight circumcision might have been why these guys were sticking out v.s. hanging.. Undertand?

I have been restoring for about 9 months and progress is steady but slow. I was cut super tight.. I can tell that my equipment now hangs longer than it did before. I believe i was cut so tight that there was not enough skin left for even the flaccid state, and it is now allowed to relax into the skin. Maybe that is why i feel progress is slower, as some of the new skin i have grown, is being used to let the equipment hang like it should have from puberty.

jhorst, I think your experience is a fairly common one; good observation. I see significantly more hang nowadays, so apparently growing shaft skin allowed this to happen.
To answer your question, Chance1826, the situation can be what z726 stated, or what jhorst and I (and others) have noticed, or a combination of both. Genetics decrees much of it (probably most of it), but it's pretty apparent that growing enough skin to relieve the prison of a very tight circumcision will probably increase the length of a penis a bit.
Of course the "show-er" vs "grower" thing may enter into this at some point, as well.

I thought that would be the case, especially for guys whose circumcision was tight, and not too loose!

my theory
temperature...
the penis reacts to temperature such as very cold to keep heat in it compresses since less heat loss, when warm it expands to increase heat loss. so restoring a foreskin would be like putting a blanket over it, it will get warmer and thus expand more, not a big amount but some

Possibly...but I believe it is more teh fact that most circumcisions are tight and not loose. But your theory sounds logical..and I believe it might be a contributing factor in why uncut men hang fuller, and circumcised men generally don't!

Well, here's my theory, as a grower who was intact till age 19 and who restored 20 years later (1987-88):
Intact/(restored?) show-ers often hang lower than cut show-ers, but intact/(restored?) growers usually don't hang any lower than do cut growers.
In my own case, as best as my memory serves me from 39 years ago when I last saw myself intact, my short penis hasn't changed in its flaccid below-the-horizontal "angle" intact, cut, or restored. In other words, it does not hang down pendulously like a longer flaccid penis would, and it never has.

I think having an intact penis, puts less stress on the internal structures of the organ such as the CC and CCS. I think that when a boy is circumcised that the internal structure in adulthood gets additional stress and this is what causes in some men to "turtle" or not hang properly! It is wodely known that FS can and has caused expansion in the penile tissues both in length and girth. I believe this comes about because of the stresses that were once places on the penile stucture becoming less or even none. This most likely allows the chambers to expand to their normal range which in turn allows for the "added" length (length held up inside the body) and girth, of the mans penis. You might ask why the girth, it is my opinion that the girth was always there, but because we relax the shaft skin, it may now "breathe" or expand to it's natural girth.

It's funny, I have heard pro-circumcisionists argue the exact OPPOSITE.
"The foreskin constricts the glans and the shaft thereby restricting it's full potential growth. It is why circumcised men have the larger classic 'mushroom' head."
...they say.
Obviously, the tighter the circumcision, the less room the corpora cavernosa have to move around and expand in. This is why in some extreme cases, when a circumcised man has an erection, hairy skin is pulled from the abdomen up onto the shaft, thereby creating the "hairy shaft" situation. Not to mention some men's testicles disappear into their bodies as a result of a very tight circumcision...

The last paragraph makes more sense to me....and pro-cicumcisionist...sound ignorant....do that not realize this?
