All items have been cleaned with soap and then hydrogen peroxide. About 1 month sporadic use with these items. Everything works. Paypal is the best.

To UK, we use a USPS Priority Mail small flat rate box, which is available at the post office and is included in the Postage price. Also included is their packing tape to re-inforce the VHS-sized box. Wrap it completely around in 3 directions to make sure the weight of the weights doesn't bust the box open at the seams. The only thing that's harder about it than sending the same box to the US would be that a small customs form http://tlctugger.com/images/TLC_Customs_Form.jpg is required, with a brief vague description.
