I have a regular TLC tugger, and I also have a major problem... I broke my it! Help!! The metal prong that protrudes from the inner cone came out of the cone.
I am interested if anyone has an extra inner cone that I could have, buy, or trade for something.
I am really desperate and have resorted to tape methods for the time being.
Or, if anyone has a good price for a TLC-X or a DTR, let me know also. (I am a college student, and need something rather inexpensive)
Thanks

Sounds like you weren't hurt when it failed. Phew!
I don't know what name you ordered under - or when - but your Tugger had a full-year warranty. Contact the vendor at TLCTuggerService@GMail.com

I know this may sound stranger but if you still have the broken tugger I would be interested in trying to repair it. If you have not thrown it away, please contact me. Thanks. Lamontal

Not a chance. Please don't put yourself in danger by trying.
