Circumcision for Fertility Problems!

In my continuing search for pointless recommended circumcisions I have come across a few cases in the UK where men whose wives were having problems getting pregnant were suggested to have a circumcision. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the USA but this is Europe! One case here:

It's possible that the foreskin (when forward of the glans) could obstruct semen, but I don't see many cases where it would be as effective at contraception as a condom for example.
