How do i grow more inner foreskin?

i have a tight cut and my circ. scar is very close to the glans, which also means there's little, if any inner foreskin left!

By tugging i feel that more outer instead of inner skin is worked?

what device are you using and how, to focus on inner foreskin you would want the device to be placed right below the scar line, but focusing on inner skin is going to be slow so you may want to tug evenly for a while to make some progress and then focus on inner to finish it up

I started at about the same point you describe with a complete loss of both inner and outer layers. Constant use of a TLC both with and without a packer for the best part of three years I was able to measure about an equal rate of inner and outer skin development. About a year ago I purchased a CATII and I have found that it applies good firm direct tension to my newly forming inner skin tube in a way that tugging alone cannot achieve. As a result I have been able to observe a definate and accelerated positive growth rate in my inner skin layer. I continue to use both methods alternating with the positive tension CATII by day and tugging with the TLC by night. (-)CI-1 to (+)CI-7 in 49 months and still growing. Good luck

I am just about to start and am thinking whether to get the TLC or the CAT II Q. It seems the CATII is better in the sense that it helps exert pressure on inner FS?

- did you start right with the TLC or by t-tape because of not enough rolling FS at first?
- isn't wearing any device during sleep advised against for safety reasons? or is the TLC specially made for night wear?
- do you find CATII way better than the TLC? should i just get the CATII?
- for your restored inner FS, does it work like the intact one, like having the secretion (forgot the name) and mucus membrane that moisturizes the glans?
- just how complete was your cut to start with? and how much inner FS were you able to gain now? i barely have 1/8 to 2/8 inch of inner FS left.

I atarted with very little inner skin as well. I was concerned and wanted to make sure i grew both inner and outer skin. In order to do this, I chose to use my circ scar as my POE, on the theory that if i grew skin with the scar at teh distal end, i would have to grow inner skin.

So far this has worked well, though it has been slow going. I haven't had to do anything special to focus tension on the inner skin, other than use the scar line as the tugging point. I am using t-tape strips with an insert for tension.

I also started (CI 1 or 2) with very little inner skin. My POE was initially some distance (at least half inch, 1cm) from the scar line. I use T-tape and occasionally DTR. I also have not worried about growing inner skin in preference to outer skin. I am now, maybe, CI 7 or 8. (Must get some more photos made.)

I have found that cocoa butter preparation applied to the skin which is not under the T-tape seems to aid expansion. I apply some also on days when I am not actively stretching.

How do you compare the DTR to the CATII? They look similar to each other.
I am deciding which one to get...I doubt i can use them now tho, as i may not have enough mobile FS to roll over the device.

How long did you take to go from CI1 to now CI7/8?

How much INNER FS did you gain eventually?

I have not been a "dedicated" restorer. Started in the days of Gary Burlingame's email discussion group - that was maybe 1990. My efforts have not been continuous. I guess that maybe 4 or 5 years of 2 days on 1 day off was done in total.

I started restoration with about 5mm of inner skin. It has expanded to about 20mm. The scar line at this point is now difficult to see. The length of skin now classed as inner is about 40mm. That is, there is about 20mm of expanded outer shaft skin which is under my re-formed foreskin.

I am not sure exactly how much mobile skin you would ned for the DTR etc to hold properly. I bought the DTR maybe a year ago - after I had already about half coverage of the glans.
