I saw this on the web but lost the link.
Someone had made a new foreskin "starter" vacuum cylinder. Its not like the penis type pumping cylinder.
The best way to discribe it - its like taking two dinner plates placing them face to face and cutting out the middles. Of course the size is for a penis. The center was 1.5 inch and the outside was about 3 inches. The idea was to get the skin to expand, via vacuum, enough to change to another method.
This is for guys who got little if any "extra" skin left.
