The provided TLC-X gripper always came off mid-day.

I don't know what you're up to. At mid-day I remove my device to pee. I take the opportunity to wipe the device and my skin with a wet paper towel (wash cloth if I'm home) and I'm tugging for the rest of the day.

I'd be curious if your experience is with the new clear cone for the TLC-X

The DTR is machined from Nylon I believe.

I started with no foreskin but after 2 months, the TLC-X with the earlier, white cone stayed on fine for me. Like Ron says, with just cleaning. The new see-through cone sticks like crazy. Just not an issue ever. So try that if you haven't.
