Hello.

I've had a balanitis complication (apparently) and through use of a steroid cream to counter this problem a completely new problem has emerged.

I used advantan cream and as a result of over use my foreskin lost a lot of elasticity , and my scrotum skin moved up to add to fill the void, much like the effects of pe. However, months later and thr problem has progressed - the penis is now pulling skin from above, and my pubic skin is lowering. About 4 cm of my penis base now consists of scotum/penis skin, and still my penis has no electricity.during an erection too, I'm having major problems with how its working, particularly with how much inability I'm suffering from.

I've tried to stretch the foreskin, and have had some results with my scrotum, which was very tight due to being needed. stretching my foreskin made it tighter, I can't pull back as far and after a few days my underforeskin was covered in white skin/snegma.

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for this, but I'm taking any help I can get.

ANY feedback is helpful.

My knowledge even of Balanitis is very limited, let alone complications that might arise from it or it's treatment.

Here is a web site about blalnitis, if you have already seen this and have a good understanding, sorry. It also has linked resources so you may find something better among those.

I think your best bet will be to find a foreskin friendly doctor to consult. Doctors Opposed to Circumcision may be able to give a reference and have more information:

http://www.doctorsopposingcircumcision.org/

From what you say in your post, I do not even have enough information to brainstorm, really. If you want to lay out the history in more details, that might help. When did you notice the balanitis, when did a doctor begin treatment, when tdid the complications begin, what did you do when the complications began, did you see the doctor again, what did he say, how was it treated, when did this treatment start, then what happened, etc. Details are everything. Is your doctor foreskin friendly?

However, even if you provide that information I am no doctor so doubt that I will be of much help. Hopefully someone with more information will post.

Regards

my penis has no electricity
When the history of the internet is written, this should be the title.

Seriously though, what Greg said. I'd love to try and help out with any advice or pointers that I can come up with that are valuable and pertinent, but I can't actually tell what you're asking for.

Sounds like something I'd consult a (foreskin friendly!) doctor for.

If the balanitis causes persistent problems with tightness/hardening of the foreskin, you may want to read up and ask the doc about Triple incision procedure (not to be confused with a "dorsal slit" procedure!!). This paper on Triple incision (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1626197) even mentions balanitis.
