View Full Version : Traction and pumping for penis development

Penis pumping has developed into quite a sophisticated industry, mainly because it is lucrative, and because of this very advanced improvements and methods have become available.

The current best penis pumping cylinder made now is something called a "thick wall" chamber, without flared base. The most effective shape seems to be the elliptical chamber. Elliptical thick wall. Something about the thicker wall helps stretch the ligaments better, and create more compression in the expansion process.

The vacutrac, while undermentioned, is still IMO the best pumping/hanging device available. The piston uses vacuum in the chamber, but the weight on the end provides the demand. The interesting thing about the vacutrac is it can be used as a traction device as well, and probably better so than all the rest of the so-called "extenders". You can pump your penis up in the cylinder til it fills it, and remove the weight. It will stay extended, as will your penis, and essentially this traction holds your penis in it's extended state thru vacuum. You can leave it on for longer than you hang with the weights (7-10mins w/weights) because it isn't pulling with gravity.

The pumping cylinders now have easy pumps, and a company called CTC actually makes a great electric pump that pulses, throbs, and sucks 50x a minute, matching the relative heart rate of a healthy individual. This is great not only for the penis (rhythmic suction better than sustained), but for the heart as well. In fact, since the penis is a accupressure map for the organs, massaging the zones of the penis benefit this. Since the heart provides the blood and NO for erections, I believe pumping to be a massage of the heart. According to Chinese medicine, the penis and testicles connect to the organs of the body thru fascia, and strengthening of the total body occurs by strengthening that fascia. In Taoist lore, that method was considered "chi weight lifting", which is essentially lifting and swinging weights wrapped around both the penis and testicles. Rythmic pumping, manual or electric, has a similar basis and benefits the organs.

Vacutech makes the thick wall elliptical (and round) cylinders. American Bodycrafters makes the vacutrac. Both methods compliment each other. The pumping cylinder expands the penis in all dimensions, the vacutrac compresses it into an anatomical size proportional to yours, thus forcing all vectors of compression toward lengthening. This also has an effect on thickness, too, by confining the pumped tissue for a period, then releasing produces an expansionary reaction.

All these methods are complimented by FR, which allows for the expansion to come easier. I believe pumping has finally become a really excellent male sexual health routine, thanks to the money in it producing better and better methods and equipment.

A little word of warning regarding CTC. I bought one of his not so inexpensive electric pumps some years back, only to have it malfunction then fall apart soon after taking delivery. Because I live in the UK and the company are in the States the guy though he could get away without honouring his obligations. Consequently, whenever I now see the company mentioned I remind folk of my trials and tribulations, the whole of the sorry story is on record in the archives over at newart.com. I figure as long as I can damage his sales by putting people off, that’s okay with me. One day I may break even.

I appreciate your problem. So far I have not had any problem, device has worked as advertised. As far as electric pumps go, are there any others you recommend?

If one is not interested in the money for an electric, here is a particular method I'm employing:

Vacuum pumping is an excellent mover of stagnant blood and chi, and produces negative force. What is also needed is an external positive force, which is compression. The CTC cock cushions are great little tools, compression at the base toward maintaining an extended stretch. Stretch is good. But I took it a but further- I add a smooth metal cock ring over the CTC cock cushion, which has the interesting effect of "pumping you up", by way of both weight and constriction. Sorta like the vacutrac, the metal produces blood flow which fills the pumped penis. Pull the metal ring off but leave the cushion...and it relaxes but still remains extended. Slip it back on- instant pump. Just a metal/blood thing I guess.

It then occurred to me this principle should be applied to the whole penis. After pumping up negative force, I then wrap the shaft in neoprene (either a series of thick cock rings or ball-stretchers, the latter being wider in length), which gently squeezes the whole length, and then I put a metal head and shaft ring right behind my coronal ridge in front of all the neoprene. This keeps all the pressure forward in the glans, stretching length, and the rest of the penis is COMPRESSED. Compression is positive force.

My theory at the moment is this is perhaps why pumping is considered nebulous as an enlargement method. It's missing the compression. Pump it up, then compress (squeeze) it. This method applies to FR as well- it's called the SQUEEZE-STRETCH.

Another bit I do to employ the metal/blood effect is I also put on a heavy chrome donut ring, which is a comfortable size, that instigates gravity force (negative). I then put a thick neoprene head ring around the mucosa behind the corona, which is tighter, adding compression. Temporary weight produces demand.

Cock rings produce a hard thick erection because they are compression (positive) which results in expansion in the rest of the penis. If the principle of compression is applied to the entire penis after pumping, it creates a counter-force of
expansion that has both pos and neg in it.

I am curious at this point if these neoprene rings, which grip the skin better than any silicone tugger, have many uses, one perhaps being putting tension in the skin (especially mucosal). If this process of "lengthening" is "tensioned", this may induce mitosis. This fantastic material is light, doesn't move much, is elastic, and compresses without being unforgiving (like metal).

I think if guys pump, then squeeze, they'd get a highly-developed penis in terms of sensitivity, size, and perhaps FR as well.

And these things do NOT take up one's day, nor do they set off airport detectors (unless you wear the metal rings). Comfortable as hell, and one last detail...

They do NOT pinch at any time you are wearing them.

For anyone interested, this is a viable medical practice called vacuum-compression therapy (VCT). Google it. I feel it is highly-recommendable for tissue development, sensitivity and function improvement.

Development: here's a little ammendment to my earlier post and Seahorse's word of warning. He is correct that the CTC guy does seem to have a bit of a problem filling orders. Nothing has gone wrong with anything I've received...but that's the problem- I haven't received everything. I'm still waiting for a manual pump/cylinder set-up that he can't seem to put together And what I have received hasn't been too timely. He seems to be a rather scattered or unprepared merchant and there seems to be unspecified waits for orders, and a bit of disorganization. The pump and cushions I've gotten are great, I just hate chasing down orders. Lame.

Not sure why this is the case, but he seems to be "busy"- busy with things other than his business. I have no doubt that if something goes wrong with anything I'd have zero chance of getting it replaced.

I still stand behind pumping systems that are good. I've had problems with only two companies filling orders: CTC and Boston Pump.

Vacu-tech and LA Pump have been excellent and fast.

I'd like to amend my previous post about CTC. Let me say that I've been in communication with the guy and he is aware of his service slip and has confided that he's been having some personal problems. He has filled all my orders and I really just want to say that, in my experience, CTC's cylinders and cock cushions are the best. I prefer their cylinders because they are lighter and fit more securely and comfortably and as such provide a better pull and tissue expansion.

I use CTC's pumps (manual and electric), their cock cushions (which work better than all cock rings made, hands down), and American Bodycrafter's Mega-trac.

Also, as a FR adjunct, I found an great way to use the cock cushions: I place one at the base of the shaft and one behind the scar, then slide the scar cushion over the glans which holds the skin forward. The effect of this, however, is the "ballon effect": the cock cushions on both ends create a pressure in the shaft which exerts outward on the shaft skin covering the glans. I leave this on for 5-10min and it appears to have the same effect as manual restoration.

My concern about PD (penis development) lies on erection. If anyone can manage to develop a bigger penis the erection comes to play into the equation. How hard it is after the PD?

I have a client who for medical reasons uses a vacuum device that cups over the whole scrotum and penis for about an hour per day.

He has twice ordered larger TLC Tuggers because it wasn't fitting anymore.
