cutting off blood flow?

i use the DTR and it says on the website you can use it as a DTR and tugger at the same time with a strap like the TLC i wouldnt mind trying that except wouldnt that kinda cut off the blood flow to the skin under the plastic gripper?

All devices and methods slow down blood flow (this includes tape and the manual method), and some of them, depending on the circumcstance, will approach cutting off blood flow, but believe me, you will know when this all starts to happen: it will hurt. It's always a good idea to look at the skin from time to time to make sure you don't see anything unusual, whether or not restoration is even just minimally uncomfortable.
