Was thinking about some stuff and when I graduated High School they gave me my permanent file, and on the top of the first form in the file it listed my circ status on the basic information page, why in the world would a school need to know that?
btw this would be ~1986 that I began

That is bizarre.
Why WOULD anyone need that info, unless it is to discriminate you with it?
They might as well list whether or not you have had your tonsils and/or appendix removed.

I went to some High School (grades 9-11) in England (dad was in the military); it was one of those school called over there "Public Schools" which means a private school and the school doctor examined every boy and noted his circumcsion status. I have no idea what they did with the girls! That information was transmitted to the teachers who were in charge of the "house groups" at the school because he remarked to me how lucky I was to have been circumcised as an infant (!) "Lucky" huh? At that age I was already angry at being circumcised. Being circumcised (or not) was a topic of discussion amongst the boys, about 50% were circumcised at that time. But while I was there two of the uncircumcised boys were circumcised; one was a friend and he wanted to know all about my penis before he was operated on. I have no idea why they were circumcised. The one I knew had a perfectly normal foreskin - easy slip back and forward. I missed that foreskin!;)

My original birth certificate stated my circ status, however, I recently purchased another one and it did not. Yes, in a way I certainly do feel that it was meant as a form of discrimination. I still think there are people in high places that have an agenda. Note all the hospital names. Most of them have religious affiliations. I believe this may have been to show solidarity with a certain group of people that strongly promote circumcision. These people also hold positions of power in every segment of our economy. If everyone in this nation is circumcised then it will be far more difficult to single out people of a certain religion, because everyone has the mark. I don't think that the American people believe this, nor do I believe that most doctors believe this. There are people in very high places that set the tone for the nation. They get their aganda into medical schools, churches, universities and organizations of all types. Are they the illuminati? Perhaps. But, they don't really exist, do they? And if they do who are they? Remember, Bill Gates recently gave 50 million for circumcisions in Africa and he isn't the only one. I do wonder what would happen if the United States ever abandoned the practice of circumcision. Would these people move elsewhere? Have they done so in the past?

They say the best way to hide a tree is in a forest.
In this case, it's an attempt to hide the tree stumps by cutting all the other trees down.
I totally believe that there is a group of people who have this aim.
Indeed, it has been uttered before, (I admit I don't have the quotes offhand), that the discrimination that happened in Holocaust by stripping people down to see their circumcision status should never again happen. Therefore EVERYONE needs to be circumcised.
And WHY should everyone be circumcised instead of allowing your OWN to keep their foreskins?
Just shows you who thinks what is important and who acknowledges this.

I have no idea why they would note circ status on school records, sounds like overzealous record keeping to me, or perhaps for statistical purposes, or if some hereto unknown disease/illness/contagion should affect one group or the other.
I really doubt its about discrimination.

Dr. Dean Edell said more-or-less the same thing in a recent radio interview. I'm sure it's linked around here somewhere. If not, it's available via YouTube.
And WHY should everyone be circumcised instead of allowing your OWN to keep their foreskins?
Because that would be too simple? Plus think of all the people who perform circumcisions as religious rituals who'd be put out of work... ;)

Yep.
