I was thinking that a section might be useful about how different restorers deal with bedtime. Wear the device? with less tension? How? Use a packer, a smaller packer? Take a break every night or some nights.

I've tried different things, like wear nothing, wear packer and cone, and packer, cone and single weight. I don't know if it's worth doing any restoring at night. Maybe it would be best to use it as rest time and do nothing.
