Ron -
Quick question. Ok I have your tlc tugger x and it is a great product. I was watching one of your new video's and you are always wearing your new skin cone. Do you have to wear that, because when I am at the stage you are I want to not always have to rely on having it on all the time. Also, your so well tapered did you have tappering surgery? Thanks! Have good one!

I would stay covered indefinitely as long as I'm flaccid and nothing rubs my skin tube. I wear the cone because we amputees will never get back a frenulum to keep our skin forward. It's so comfortable there's no reason not to.
you're so well tapered did you have tapering surgery?
See above. No surgery. Once you have enough skin so your extreme point lives beyond the tip of the glans 24/7, it will pucker up. Never let it roll off the glans except for bathing or sex.

I was left with part of my frenulum intact, will I still have difficulty with my skin staying forward?

Dear Ron,
I remember on one of your canceled instruction videos that you were demonstrating the strap wraping around the leg process. I remember towards the end on completion the strap seemed to be a hard tug. Is that the way I should always tug?
Thanks,
Randel

frenulum intact, will I still have a problem with my skin staying forward? What problem?
The skin that was amputated was attached to the frenulum and is no longer. If your skin is not urged forward now, growing it longer won't make it so.

The tension shown is not adjusted if I recall. That video is still available at my Instructions page:
