I made a small bruise tonight while manually tugging. About 1/4" round. How long will it take to clear? Any ideas? I suspect I was a bit hard on myself manually tugging tonight.

Take a few days off to let yourself heal, and take it easier next time. I've had similar issues with the tlc-x
