Has anyone done this? I bought some tugging straps to attach to the end of my CAT II Q. Does anyone know if I should be bi-directional tensioning with the CAT II Q device as well as tugging with the strap at the same time, or should I only be tugging with the strap and not extending the CAT II Q device? Anyone who has tugged with the CAT II Q please provide me some input! Thanks!

The maker endorses both tugging and internally derived tension, and there's no reason they can't be combined, just as with the TLC-X and DTR.
The TLC-X differs from the others in that the tugging handle is separate from the pushing rod, so you could combine spring inner tension and strap outer tension at the same time.
