I seem to have a hard time keeping my DTR from slipping. I bought it a few weeks back now and am using the dual-cap tension method. I either have thick skin or too much extra because there always seems to be a fold. The skin on the underside feels especially thick and is always the part to slip out first... any tips? Does anyone else experience this?
I have a rather sizable turkey neck and that seems to be the main culprit of the extra skin. I also have a weird scarring on the underside of my penis.... which is probably why it feels so thick.
My starting CI was between 2 and 3. I've always been able to fully cover my glans when erect as well, so I don't think it's a lack of skin at all.

I am probably shooting blind with this suggestion, but maybe you should dedicate a month or two to manually tugging your inner foreskin remnant. Inner foreskin is mucousal membrane, so it could 'stick' to the dtr bell.

Well, thing is I have a pretty good amount of that as is. :/ Especially stretched over the bell. Is there a safe powder that can be used? Talc supposedly isn't safe but I don't want something that would gunk up like corn starch...

I found RobertW's method. It stays on much longer with this method and I feel the stretch much more than before but it still eventually ends up coming off on the underside. :( Maybe reaching C3 or 3.5 will be the solution.

It sounds like our dicks are very similar.
I have a strange cut - loose on the top but tight underneath.
I have been concern for some time about stretching along my raphe line to increase the skin underneath.
When I first got my DTR I had the same trouble.
I tried both silicon cups as a double grip and this worked for a while.
I also tried a silicon gel glue - I couldn't afford the restoration glue so I tried false teeth gel - it worked but it was a little messy and not always easy to get on.
What really works at the moment for me is pushing the silicon cups up above the top of the bell to just under the part where the screws go in. I then stretch my foreskin up to the this point and put the cups in place. I have also changed from using manual tension to rubber band.
At the moment I can wear my DTR almost all day with out it slipping off and comfortably without any pain.
All I can say is keep going and don't give up. And besides if it comes off it comes off and simply stop and put it back on.
I've seen a photo on one of the foreskin tumbler sites of a swimmer with a long underneath overhang. Now that's what I'm aiming for!

Thanks for the idea. :D I'll give that a try! I'm currently only shooting for a CI 4 to 5. :) I don't like full coverage at all so hopefully it won't take too many months to reach that goal. Only problem is I'm only able to wear it for an hour or two a day - it's way too noticeable in dress pants.

Can I ask why you don't like the idea of full coverage?
Again from the foreskin websites - there are many degrees of coverage.
By stretching my foreskin forward I loose a little in length - what I would like to happen is to eventually stretch my foreskin far enough to return my dick to its normal length.
I don't wear my device to work - like yourself it is way to noticeable.
What I have worn is either an o ring or a stainless steel nut (as in nut and bolts). The weight of the nut pulls the foreskin down. At the moment I've been tucking it straight underneath my glans in order to stretch that part where the my left over frenulum is. It seems to be working.
The other day I happen to be wearing my DTR in the shower. I needed to pee - my foreskin swelled up to an great size - this must be like the new technique described on the DTR website. I could feel it stretching. Over the course of my shower it slowly seeped out.

I simply don't find it attractive. My reasoning for restoration is puuuurely superficial.
