Uneven and scarred

Hello I'm new to this forum, I was circumcised when I was very young due to having a tight foreskin, it was agony when I urinated.

Anyway the circumscision looks VERY uneven and scarred I don't suppose there is anything I can do about it is there?

every very young male has a tight foreskin, so that excuse was bullshit. it was healthy and natural and served a purpose and they screwed that up.
restoration will help with the scarring and unevenness. also there are creams to decrease the visibility of the scar.

Yes, as long as there's still skin covering the shaft of your penis, you can do something about it. The unevenness is fixed simply by tugging one area for a longer time after you've grown enough skin on the rest, and scarring has been known to fade after the area is kept permanently covered.

Look into the various restoration techniques to see which might be easiest for you to use. The simplest method by far is to use your hands ("manual tugging"), and an easy way of covering your glans during the day is to use tape.
