Hey, could someone please enlighten me about this:

I've been using method 2 below the scar line because I have a recent circumcision and although it's pretty much healed now I don't want to stretch the scar.

So hypothetically if a man only used method 2 during is whole restoring on the length enlighten in blue, would his foreskin be like the right picture?

And to achieve the foreskin in the middle picture any of the other methods would work, is that correct?

I'm actually a CI2.5, but when it's cold or sometimes when I use tight boxers when I take them I have half of my glans covered with outer skin.

Only the skin you tug has the chance to grow. So, of course, if you only tug outer skin you will only grow outer skin.

My primary tugging method is manual method 2 (http://www.restoringforeskin.org/public/manual-tugging/method-2). I tug everything between my glans and my hair line. I have grown both inner and outer skin like your middle picture. The same results can be achieved by any other method, as long as you use it to tension both types of tissue.

So you also stretch beyond the scar line (inner skin)?

Yes, if you want to grow inner skin as well that's what you'd want to do.
