I feel the better question is do you feel it's wrong? What arouses someone is highly subjective. People are often overly concerned with what others see as "normal". Granted, we all have our own "boundaries" but, each of us should make sure they are our "boundaries" and not someone else's.
Side note: What I just said has an enormous potential to be taken out of context so please refrain from doing so. While personal "boundaries", "desires", "morals", "ethics" etc. can and will vary, consent does not.
All of us can sit here and tell you if we think it's ok or, that it's not ok that this aroused you. That' not really going to tell you anything though. It's natural to want to seek reassurance but, you need to look at why you're seeking it. Is it because your arousal made you feel uncomfortable or, are you concerned you will feel uncomfortable if people might think it's "wrong"?

I don't know if this is the same video clip I saw from a program a whie ago (last year?) made in the UK, but the voiceover sounds British. The penis was intact in the show, if I recall correctly. Obviously the foreskin wouldn't cover the very tip of the penis during intercourse, so it wasn't visible from the vagina-cam.

I definitely saw a different cam view in the show produced by Dorling-Kindersly.
The guy in this one might be intact. There are a couple seconds after the middle where you can almost see some skin bunching up behind the corona.
On the other hand, he has some bright pink lesions on his glans, which means if his whole glans was nice and pink that would be apparent. If he was intact his glans wouldn't look so textured, especially while erect.

It appears that there are two penises in the video. The second one at about the 2/3rds mark seems intact because you can see skin "edges" on each side of the meatus where the frenulum connects. The first penis does not have that.

I've googled around and found out that this video is from the British Channel 5 documentary A Girl's Guide to 21st Century Sex.
There is also an article on Wikipedia: A Girl's Guide to 21st Century Sex (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Girl's_Guide_to_21st_Century_Sex)
And the full documentary can be downloaded here (http://dokujunkies.org/dokus/menschen/a-girls-guide-to-21st-century-sex-dtv-xvid.html).

Depends on whether he had his foreskin pulled back prematurely as a baby/boy. In some European countries the majority of boys have had this done and the tearing of the foreskin off the glans creates marks just as on men who have been circumcised.

Talking with other parents. Several of our friends who have boys the doctor has done this to. It is quite common in Bulgaria and also Russia. Here is a thread discussing it on a mothering forum:
http://www.bg-mamma.com/index.php?topic=594027.0
Two of our close friends the doctor did it when the baby was less than one and the parents were saying how the baby cried all week and wouldn't sleep. At that time some French friends said that they also do this there. I guess you might be also able to find it mentioned on French parenting forums. It wouldn't surprise me at all if in countries like Spain and Italy this was done too. It would explain how boys get foreskin problems that require circumcision later.
From my experiences with British guys with some you can see the same marks on their glans as on mine even though they are not circumcised. I know retraction is definitely not widely practiced there now.

Intact, you really need a source?
Let's think this through for a minute. So for circ, the circ'er forcibly separates the prepuce from the glans, then cuts it off. For some who are not circ'd but have forcible retraction done, it seems that exactly the same action was done re: prepuce/glans, just without the cutting part.
Why would the result be any different in terms of effect on the glans Intact? I don't get the thinking behind your need for a "source"...

I dont need a source for the effects, i want sources for when people say that this and that is normal here and there. in this case, him talking to friends is a good enough source for me to say that people forcibly retract.

Well, I got turned on! Definite boner time here, haha. It's cool to see what happens and what it looks like in there. I think it should turn you on. It's all very natural and amazing. :)

Why would the result be any different in terms of effect on the glans?
Because after the retaction the penis will still be covered in a foreskin. But some damage must be done. If the surface of the glans is not smooth but has noticeable lines in it some damage must have been done.
I was a member of the Cockpics group on Google for several years and must have seen thousands of dicks in its daily photos and it is amazing how many intact penises have these lines that you would expect to be only on a circ'd cock.

Misinformation abounds. There are a few intactivist sites and blogs in French, so your friend may want to look them up, and if possible, make the information accessible to doctorsover there. If the sites don't yet have this info, email 'em (I'd do some of this myself if I spoke the lanhuage).
I've seen sites in Spanish that discourage forced retraction. NOCIRC has a translation of its pamphlet on intact care, including "Respuesta a sus Preguntas Sobre el Pene Intacto de su hijo pequeño" - http://nocirc.org/publish/

texture wise my looks about the same.
psychological pain is still imprinted say if someone else pulls it back it hurts like hell. I believe this is why I avoid sexual contact with others, going out on dates etc....

WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU SHARE THIS?!?!? Show this to your kids if you want them to stay abstinent. I'm not touching a pussy with a 40ft pole now. Gonna go hang myself now thanks for the video...

The internal cumshot was neat, but now I know that I don't want to see the inside of a vagina (at all). They look better from the outside, but even that's not super appealing to me. And the bumps on this glans look like irritation, don't they? Balanatis? Oh, could they be from poking the camera?
Here's a (basically terrible) little animated gif I made out of some illustrations I found somewhere (without attribution where I found them, so I don't know what it's from).
http://i45.tinypic.com/28al43t.gif (it's surprisingly racy for such a medical illustration--maybe i should make it slower, haha)

I slowed it down to make it less sexual and reordered the frames slightly better to be properly animated. it's only 4 different frames tho, so it just can't look very smooth.
