I am looking into how much foreskin is needed to start with for the TLC Tugger. If so, is there an effective way to get this starting amount. Does it also use just penis skin as well. I am completely new to this so sorry in advance!!!

To use a tapeless device you need as much slack as it takes to let you temporarily force skin over the whole glans while flaccid. Roll the skin forward with one hand and nudge the glans back with the other hand for this test.

Manual is a great way to get the needed slack to use tapeless. I was able to go straight to tapeless but I still chose manual for about the first month. I feel it is a great way to learn the ins and outs of your skin. What is too much tension what is not enough and so on. Just remember it takes dedication and time. Like Ron said as long as you can roll enough skin to cover your glans you should be perfectly fine.

I was in in the same "Lack Of Skin" situation as you are when I started. I purchased a SKIN CONE and used it everyday for a year to get enough skin to tug. In fact I couldn't get the cone to stay at first until I figured out a way to get more skin inside of it. I took my SKIN CONE and rolled the outer egde of the large end out as if I was going to turn it inside out , only turning it half way out. It kind of looks like a half of a bagel when it's ready to install. Then I pulled what little skin I had forward while I pushed the head of my penis inward with my other hand and then bunch up the skin and hold it with my finger tips . With the bunched up skin in my left hand finger tips , I placed the half invert SKIN CONE over the bunched up skin with my right hand, This method allowed me the get more skin in the cone and then I unrolled the SKIN CONE back to its original shape which gave the SKIN CONE alot more holding power. As I said before I used the SKIN CONE and this method for 1 year relying on nocturnal erections to do the stretching and cone kept my gland covered 24/7. After a year I am now using a TLC PACKER#2 and SKIN CONE combo which I wear all day long and for 10 hours of my day I tug with 6-12 oz, of weight, In the begining the SKIN CONE didn't stay on much as my clothing would knock it off , but I would put it back on and as time passed it stayed on more and more and look at me now I'm PACKING!!!!So bottom line is when your short on skin you have to be long on time but its worth it!!!!.

Hey. I had essentially no loose skin or foreskin at all when I started. So I did manual tugging but not much, probably no more than 1/2 hour/day for about 2 weeks. Then I was able to use the TLC-X, and when not using it, the MySkinCone stayed on. This could have been due to stretching rather than growing new skin, but it did not take long.

How do I find out more about these skin cones and where I could purchase one? Theoretically I can pull enough skin forward to cover my glans, but 1) the skin at the end doesn't even go anywhere near 'puckering' tightening whatever the correct term is. It's still wide at the end when I push the whole shaft skin forward. 2) When I force the skin forward over my glans, my shaft sinks in to my pelvic region, so only 1/3 to 1/2 half of the shaft remains on the outside of my body. Is this too early to begin using a tugger? I'd class myself as a c1-1 when comparing myself to the coverage images. Thanks, Mike. -- Edited: I found the skin cones, so I have that question solved. ![]() {mod: http://TLCTugger.com/YSC-instructions.htm } Last edited by Mikey101; February 5th, 2012 at 04:45. |
