Default stretch marks?

i have heard that some guys exprience stretch marks when restoring? How of ten does this happen? Does it only happen when tugging too hard? Is there one device preferable to another that may not cause the stretch marks?

I have not seen any stretch marks on my penis, i have been restoring for 8 years.

I think I remeber others reporting stretch marks, and if memory serves, it may have been after they over stretched, but I am not sure.

Keep in mind that some may be seeing something that was already there, just not noticed before. And we all have skin that reacts differently under the stress of restoring, so perhaps some are more prone to getting stretch marks. And we cannot be sure of the tension used, or other signficant factors.

As a result, it is very hard to answer your questions. You just have to try and see what happens. And we also do not know the long term outcome, either. Unless some with that experience add their thoughts to this thread.

If you are concerned, i suggest you first make careful observations and photos of your penis so you will have something to compare with. Then start slowly, with low tension and see how your skin reacts. After a month or so, observe if you have more skin or stretch marks. If neither, try more tension. If more skin, but no stretch marks, stay the course. If in the unlikely event you find stretch marks forming, you can stop before it gets any worse.

It has been said that taking vitamin E , vitamin C-ester, flaxseed oil, fish oil, borage oil, and alpha lipoic acid are very helpful to maintaining healthy skin. The skin is a fatty tissue, and these oil based and esterfied supplements can be more easily absorbed by the skin.

I have been taking these for years, and I have never had any stretch marks from bodybuilding. I believe these supplements keep the skin elastic and youthful. It should also help with restoration.

It might have been said, lots of things are said, but it's been proven by a number of studies that vitamin E has no effect systemically or topically in this regard, or as an an adjunct to proper diet, and in dosages moderate to high, has a negative effect to the point of dangerous. Same with high doses of C in certain situations, but of course C is urinated off because it's water soluble. Fat soluble substances are stored in fat tissue, not skin, part of what makes high doses potentially dangerous.

Fat tissue lies beneath skin. Skin is absolutely not a "fatty tissue" in any way, shape or form. A simple 10 minutes of reading will confirm this for you.

It's been said a thousand times that no topical actually treats significant stretch marks, but of course there are a thousand OTC products that promise this. Minor, light stretch marks will usually resolve on their own. If it makes somebody feel better to be doing "something" other than reducing the tension, the go ahead, but why waste your time, and why not do the right thing.

I didn't mention anything about high doses, moderate doses of E (400units) and ester C (500mg) will not cause any issues.

I have books written by MD's/dermatologists that do recommend these supplements for healthy skin. And they talk about the lipid and fatty acid composition of the skin.

As for fish oil, flaxseed, borage, you can take as much as you want with no ill effects any more than eating too much salmon.
