It seems that there are the struggles for neonatal or baby circumcision prevention only in America or other countries.
Does it mean that the people don't struggle for other type of circumcisions like child, boy, teen,or adult circumcision? Let's just say that the patients of circumcision aren't informed or didn't know anything like babies.

In the USA, it happens to babies far more often than older boys. If doctors don't change their attitudes toward infant circumcision, there's no way that they would think differently about doing it to older boys either.
Both need to be stopped, but in this case one needs to come before the other.

Any circumcision on someone below the age of legal consent, say 18 years old, is wrong as far as I am concerned, unless done for medical reasons for which there is strong consensus that circumcision is the best treatment and outweighs the negative consequences.
A circumcising on someone above that age is up to them to decide, however, as far as I am concerned, it is wrong unless they were provided complete and objective information upon which to make an informed decision. If this condition is not met, then it may well be worth getting involved, but it is hard to say, without knowing more of the context. You cannot prevent everyone form making bad decisions, nor can you always know which decision is best for a given person. Regards
