Please give is more details. Which device are you using, how much slack do you have, do you feel the device is the best possible fit for your anatomy, what undergarments do you use, is the device clean, when was your skin last wetted, are your pants tight in the thigh, how are you applying it, can you wear it nude, does it stay on when not walking, etc,

Here to help...

Like Ron said, we need some more info. I'd like to add to something too. Not only is your tugger clean, but what do you clean it with? I recommend cleaning it with soaps that do NOT moisturize. Moisturizing soaps tend to have some kind of lotion or other oily substance mixed in. This does not optimize the gripping surface of the tugger, in my experience. I currently wash my tugger with a bar of soap that my sister gave me for christmas, called Stella Mare Noble Fir. It's one of those soaps that you really feel it wash off, like your hands suddenly have this gripping surface after it washes off. I noticed an increase in my tugger's gripping strength after I started using that soap, and stopped washing it with the liquid "hand soap" that I previously had. Just a thought.

I've had a hard time finding a soap that wasn't too drying.

Flushable Wet Ones with Aloe have really helped me. The Aloe seems to make the skin a little sticky. They also work well on the TLC surface.

I have the same issue with the TLC gripping... It will stay on for maybe 30 min then start to slip off.
1. I am using the TLC Tugger
2. as far as slack the tugger is 2" away from my glans when tugging
3. I guess the device is a good fit, I get some pinching of the skin but if i am careful I can avoid most creases in the skin
4. I go commando all the time no undergarment
5. I clean the device ay least twice a day
6. When was my skin wetted? are you asking if my skin is dry or damp? I have tried it both ways same result
7. I wear relaxed fit jeans, loose in the thigh
8. I apply it just like shown in you video Ron
9. Yes I can wear it nude
10. when not walking it does seem to stay on a little longer but not much before it slips off

Don't get me wrong I love this device and really am enjoying it. I just wish it stay no longer with less pinching. Do you think it's because I have so much slack skin now than before? I try to wear the tugger 10-12 hours a day and have made some good progress. I would be happy for any advice, Ron do you think that maybe now that i have good slack skin that i need a different device?

I hope you're objectively measuring your progress monthly, so if you change something you can rationaly determine if it has cost you.

I have a problem with going commado. The retaining cone can easily be pried loose by pressure from slacks.

I would suggest finding a way to measure your tension. If you're over half a pound you might be able to cut back.

The wet skin / dry skin thing has to do with whether your skin is "dusty" with loose skin cells and trouser lint or if you have mopped those away before application. (Not make your groin seem like a parched ghost town, but even freshly cleaned skin can pick up lint from a bath towel.)

Well I clean with a toothbrush and Irish bring soap. I don't know if rinsing it with warm water helps. I don't keep it on as long because of my lifestyle. I have a very difficult time wearing it during the night probably because I am quite tall (over 6 feet) and it gets quite high in tension and I can't bear wearing it on during the night. I hope that is somewhat giving details, overall I am satisified when I am sedentary, but I don't know if I am making the best progress possible. The first week, my glans became very moist and there was a liquid substance when I took it off (and I am unsure of what it was), but now it has not been doing that in a while.

Thanks for the help.

If you have the strap adjusted to maximum length and still need less tension you can extend it with a loop of shoelace.
