Operation?

Hello.
Im from Germany. ( Sorry, i hope my schoolenglish is understandable )
I also wanna restore my foreskin but i have a unusual job so i cant use a tugger.
Ive never try out the T-Tape method because i dont understand the method. It would probably help me if i could see a video or something else.... ( Like the tugger-video). But my main question is --> Has anybody of you restored his foreskin by a operation? I would became gladly if i could see any pictures after and before
I like also to know if anybody would give my the advice against this OP!
