help - bruise?

i was manually tugging and may have been a bit too forceful and thought I heard a pop, and have what appears to be a small bruise about 3/8 of an inch round, last night it swelled up slightly but quickly went down, now it's not as dark but just has me a bit worried although there is absolutely nopain or anything, everything feels and seems normal so I'm probably worrying about nothing but never having a bruise there before is weird

so it minor? how long to heal?
