I have a dtr and the only gripe i have is that it bothers my frenulum area. I had wilthunder notch the pusher for me and it came out really well but i think i need to notch it a bit more. Id like to do a professional job on it and not mess it up.
I tried notching my cat ii ro in the past and it didnt come out as well as i had wanted. Eventually i took off enough to make it smooth and such but it was a pain. btw, i am using one of the cosmo sponges to pad the glans and ive been notching those as well which seems to help. so i feel a bit more of a notch on the pusher would be good. How can i do a good job and keep it smooth so theres no extra irritation. |

I'd say file a notch in it using a fingernail file. That way you won't remove too much material at once, and you'll be able to get a fairly smooth finish on the notch.

Assuming you have a Dremel tool, use the cylindrical sandpaper bit and finish off the rough pusher with some wet sanding (fine sandpaper). That's what I did and it worked out for me.

I just modified my Tugger today! After just over a year of restoring I notice that I did have my frenulum left, or at least most of it.

OK so i used a craft knife to shape it better for my frenulum and i wetsanded it down with some 220, 400, 800, and then 2000 grit sand paper. I feels a lot more comfortable frenulum wise which is great but for some reason it doesnt have the smoothness of how i got it. There are a few rough spots that bug the heck out of me under tension. How can i make this thing perfectly smooth again? I figured the progression of sandpapers would do it.
