Norway needs your help

tl;dr:Norway wants to have tax money fund circumcision.

My girlfriend who is Norwegian let me know about something thats popped up there.

The reason theres a black market for this there is not because it is banned as it should be but because hospitals there refuse to do this horrible thing to a child so the parents that want this done have little choice but to see a shady quack in a dark ally.

Without knowing the specifics of Norway, generally government departments only implement the laws passed by legislative bodies.

It might be more productive to find out which legislative committee (or it's Norwegian equivalent) is writing this draft legislation and what their public consultation process is.

Anybody interested in preparing a rebuttal to this draft legislation is welcome to adapt my reply to the consultation questions in the Public Health England White Paper, where a cabal of doctors are also attempting to reinstate non-therapeutic circumcision at the expense of the NHS, using professed concern for boys of ethnic minority groups as a pretext.
