Finally got wifey on board with restoring but short on cash for tugging devices, trying to find the best ways for manual tugging and about how long it takes with manual tugging. I've been trying some of the stuff I've seen here but not sure if it's working. Just trying to figure out how to really get the ball rolling

I recommend tugging with method 2 while erect. If manual tugging is going to be your primary method, you should space it out through out the day. 1-15 minute sessions for a total of at least 30 minutes a day, preferably an hour.
This is what I was doing and have noticed results. I don't use it as much any more because I don't always have the time and endurance. Squeeze-stretch is also a great method, but unlike method 2 you'll need to have slack first. |

Manual tugging method 2 is the general, all-round, all-purpose manual tugging method, particularly when starting out with little slack skin. With method 2 you are tugging your whole circumference. Method 1 and 3 only tug a portion at a time so you need more time for a tugging session to tug all your skin. The nice thing about manual tugging is that you can do it while investigating other methods. You can even do it in conjunction with other methods or when not wearing a device.

Manual method 2 is the best, all-round manual tugging method for those that want to tug efficiently. For those who have enough slack, squeeze-stretch and possibly methods 4/5 are also good, but I do not like the tension they put on the sulcus.

Guess that's why you hated twist-squeeze-stretch, too, only that you couldn't figure out how to do it. Maybe if Tally drew a picture of it and called it Method 7 you could get it.
And won't it be a surprise if TSS becomes one of your favorites too? Adding a little twist into any method, really, makes any method more advanced by definition: the more dimensions, the more specialized it becomes. The more dimensions you add, the whole becomes greater than the sum of dimensions. |

![]() After a couple minutes of high tension tugging, when the skin is relaxed I notice a lot of tiny wrinkles transverse to the direction I was tugging. The skin takes on a matte finish, whereas it was glossy when stretched taut. When I see my skin change this way, I know I have been tugging hard enough and long enough for a tugging session. My skin never gets flushed or red from tugging. Many report that their skin does. I guess that is more evidence that not all of us are the same. ![]()

I feel exactly the same way about squeeze-stretch. I tried it, and felt like I was trying to pull the sulcus away, and have stopped. I don't think I will add that technique to my tugging regimen. I like my sulcus where it belongs!
