Uncircd and wants to gain better glans skin texture on penis head

Hello i'm new to this forum and i have a question.

Is there any way for me to get rid of the bumps on my glans by just covering it with my foreskin 24/7 (except when peeing and showering)?

Will it get completely smooth?

Does it help to apply Olive oil on the penis head?

If this works , how long does it generally take before its smooth?

I just wish i had a normal penis so i didn't have to worry about this all the time, seriously im feeling bad for this every day.
