I bought it last September and actually used it regularly starting in February and this whole time I've been tugging the wrong areas. I had no idea that the rubber bands and springs ONLY tug the inner skin and the strap focuses on outer skin. I started strapping every day and it has made a world of difference. My outer skin is definitely feeling it, after about 6 hours at work, I'm usually forced to take it off and let it rest.
