Been going steady this month with DTR (op cit). Have advanced to using three elastic bands and not two. I tried four bands, but that for me gave too hard an action, pushing painfully on the glans.
I'm finding it tricky to know what to put on at night. The DTR comes off, so I have to use tape alone (op cit). Taping shaft skin forward goes so far, but I don't think it's doing as much night tugging as it could. I have also used the PUD-Tugger (op cit) at nights, this works OK, but I'm aware that the PUD is designed to be worn while standing, so it's effect while one is lying down, is diminished. I've thought about using a packer. I could make a packer with Fimo (craft putty that you shape and then bake to make it solidify permanently). The trouble with this idea is that the packer is hard, and this might cause pain at nights with nocturnal erections. A hard, foam packer would be better but I don't where to get one. - Any advice anyone? In the bath, when relaxed, I notice that I have accumulated extra shaft skin, gathering behind the glans. When very limp, I may get complete coverage, but it's very rare that happens. I reckon I've grown 5-6mm of shaft skin in two years. Something I have to focus on is making use of every moment twenty-four hours to tug. It's too easy to put devices on late, or to have a few hours off. I suspect those moments are critical to optimizing restoration, as they accumulate to significant numbers of hours over a year. In the swimming pool changing rooms, when very, very limp, sometimes I get complete coverage after a shower - sometimes not. Coverage usually follows a normal day restoring, followed by a taped night. It's strange how skin seems to have 'memory'. If I pull the skin back, it stays back and I return to my sickening, 'cut' self. When very limp, the current normal is just 4-5mm of extra shaft skin teasing its way over the corona. I have to remind myself (disconcertingly) that I am very far from having coverage as a 'normal' state. Skin memory may be a promise of things to come, but otherwise it's a deceiving experience. I started as a CI-2 and am now a CI-3. I have just discovered Reverse Tensioning (RT) from MattOC, See: http://www.restoringforeskin.org/for...ideo-available Keep going, keep going, keep going. Hi Rh, I've read most of your blogs and reckon that RTM is a good method for growing inner skin; I use a glue stick ring with the skin held over it with a piece of pre-wrap foam, on the odd time I do this.
If I wanted to restore at night, T-taping is v.good providing I put the tape on when erect, and tug upwards. Ever thought about squeeze stretch; probably the best method of all, but you have to put the time in rather than just set it and forget it? |

OMG!
At the link above on reverse tensioning, it's recommended a plastic bag is used to reduce friction. THIS IS THE SOLUTION to using the PUD-Tugger during the day to stop shaft skin chafing inside trouser legs. The bag can be held in place with tape.Have re-started using PUD-Tugger with a T-Tape to ensure inner shaft skin is being stretched as well. R. Last edited by Rhamiel; June 6th, 2012 at 15:01.
